My name is Courtney Brown, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified DBT Therapist and a National Certified Counselor. For years, the Black community has struggled with gaining adequate mental health support to grow and heal from generational trauma. The mission is to deliver personalized therapeutic experiences that empower individuals to overcome life's challenges, prioritizing themselves, and becoming aware of their inner strengths while reclaiming their mental well-being with evidence based mental health care.
