HEY THERE, I'M

When you face obstacles that you've never seen coming, you may start to question yourself. This is what I saw during my time as a Rehabilitation Technician and Educator. I witnessed individuals facing physical restrictions, facing adversities daily, students with low self-esteem, and teachers dealing with life and mental health challenges. Yet, no one was concerned with the mental component at hand. So, I decided I would be that person.

My insight into mental health grew stronger during my time at Trinity Washington University as I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling. There, I began cultivating my therapeutic approach to close the gap between mental health and the Black community. Practicing with a holistic approach I believe "One must understand Part A before they can heal Part B".

Why Me?

I'VE HELPED OVER 100 WOMEN AND MEN MAKE A CHANGE IN THEIR LIVES AND OVERCOME THEIR OBSTACLES.

I'VE BEEN RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE... IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER I HAVE HAD TO RECOVER FROM OBSTACLES.

I DON'T BELIEVE IN RIGID, ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACHES. I WANT EACH PERSON I WORK WITH TO FEEL LIKE I'M WORKING WITH THEIR PERSONALITY, NOT FORCING THEM INTO A TEMPLATE.

I'VE DONE THE THINGS I ENCOURAGE MY CLIENTS TO DO, SO I KNOW MY METHODS WORK AND CAN GET RESULT! HOWEVER,CLIENTS MUST DO THIER PART.
